Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Boxtron. If you're not completely satisfied, here's our return policy:

Returns: You have 10 to 15 calendar days to return unused items in the original packaging for a refund.

Refunds: Upon inspection, we'll notify you of your refund status and initiate it to your credit card within days.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us. You will be responsible for the return shipping of the original item, but we will cover the shipping costs for the new item.
